Weekly Checks Included with Membership
These checks are included with our Elite Club Membership:
- Weekly visit to your home
- Our team will check for:
- Broken or frozen pipes
- Ensure that power is on (or off if you desire)
- Flush toilets / briefly run sinks (if plumbing is active)
- Inspect for visible signs of water damage, or other obvious damage both internally/externally
- Send you a text message to let you know we've stopped by
Weekly visits included, but also available when you need us.
Your Elite Club membership plan will include weekly checks with an immediate follow up.
Worried about something and need someone to stop by? We're available when you need us. Simply call or text and we'll accommodate an additional visit to your residence.

- Pick up papers, debris, newspapers, anything on the property
- Collect mail if needed
- Spot inspect home day/night to ensure lighting is working properly
